to all who have been affected by the devastation. And, my heart is still heavy for what it has done to this
great city. But, being this great city and having such remarkable people who live in it we will prevail and it

So, that leads me to this beautiful bride, her sweet family and the wedding that no matter what....WAS
going to happen. At the end of the day all Jess wanted was her Prince to get there so they could say
"I Do" and start their new life together. However, GETTING to the location wasn't that easy. The storm
caused so much flooding that roads were shutting down, cars were under water, entrances were blocked...
yes, it was that insane. Tornado warnings left and right....everyone's phone was ringing and all of those calls
were about "I can't get there"..."We are stuck here...."..."Tornado warnings here...." "Your house is
flooding...!" It was scary. But, I just kept saying if the bride is okay with how everything is going this is
HER day, so nothing else matters. And, at the end of it all Jessica & William were married and now they
have one amazing story to tell their kids and grandkids one day. Everyone says rain is good luck, well
I think they got all the luck one couple will ever need. :)
Jessica & William -- I am so happy that you asked me to be a part of your special day, but mostly that
you guys have let me be a part of your journey. Seems just yesterday I was capturing your engagement
photos! And, I sure can't wait to share the bridal portraits. {thank goodness for that beautiful day!}
